You came here to order a beautiful portrait and I want to make sure you leave happy.
I understand that artwork is subjective, so if there is any reason you’re not happy with the results I will make sure you’re not charged. You will be refunded the deposit paid upon ordering and will not be responsible for paying for the remainder.
Problems and Solutions
If the painting is lost during shipping, I will send you a new art work as soon as I can make one.* I do ship all artwork with a tracking code.
If the artwork you ordered with arrives damaged, contact me at pawsbyzann@gmail.com and I will either repair the damage (I’ll pay return shipping, don’t worry) or send you a new one.*
If you’re not happy after viewing the proof of your work you’re welcome to ask for modifications – I’ll do up to 5 free of charge. Should you decide even after several modifications that you are not 100% happy with the result I will respect your decision, cancel the order and refund your purchase.
If, once you have received the artwork you are not satisfied with it you may return it to me within 30 days of receipt through any shipping method of your choice (return shipping not included). Please email me at pawsbyzann@gmail.com to notify me of a tracking code for the piece prior to shipping – this is required.
My goal is to make every customer a happy customer, and I work very hard to keep that promise. Any concerns, we can always arrange a call before you place your order. I’m here to help.
* Please allow 2-4 weeks production time on re-created artwork. I can only paint so fast.
